A highlight was the Carre di Agnello con Salsa Al Vino Rosso—a succulent roasted lamb served with red wine sauce, accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. This dish is a must-try recommendation, offering a unique taste seldom found in local kitchens.

Pairing perfectly, we indulged in Risotto con Salsicce E Cippole Arrostite—risotto with flavorful Italian sausage slices. This creamy rice dish exemplifies Italian cuisine's artful simplicity, offering a delightful blend of textures and flavors.
