Shake It, Baby!

If it looks good, it must tastes good! One of my fave hobby is pinning in Pinterest. As a visual person, I love checking out photos. That is the same reason why I don't write lengthily--it simply bores me.

Among my favorite pins are food. Of course, what else can it be!

I was checking out some pins on shakes or smoothies. These all look yummy! My goodness! Some of these are even good for weight watchers.

Since we really can't beat the summer heat, might as well enjoy it with some cool refreshing smoothie of your choice.


Chocolate Chunk Mocha Shake



Ingredients:

Coffee flavored ice cream (2&1/2 baseball sized scoops)
2 oz-Half & Half
2 tbsp -Chocolate chips
2 tbsp -Chocolate syrup

Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake


Ingredients:

8oz. Almond Milk
1 Scoop Protein Shake Mix
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
6 ice cubes

Bananarama


Ingredients:

1 peeled frozen banana
2 tablespoons peanut or almond butter
2 tablespoons cacao powder
 1/3 cup water

Extras:

Throw in protein powder
2 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut
a handful of raw almonds
pinch ground cinnamon, or
2 tablespoons rolled oats.

Strawberry Coconut Oat Smoothie


Ingredients

3/4 cup frozen diced strawberries
1/2 (5.3) oz container Coconut Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk coconut milk blend
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup quick oats
1/2 large, peeled and frozen very ripe banana
