Ginzadon, Resorts World Manila: Japanese and Korean Restaurant

If you happen to be at Resorts World Manila and can't seem to decide whether to dine in a Japanese or Korean resto, Ginzadon could be your place. The restaurant offers the best of both Japanese and Korean cuisine.

It is located at the second floor of Maxims Hotel. I personally love the ambiance. It is a cozy place for a romantic and friendly date. I spotted the sushi bar which I wanted to try next time.

Ginzadon has a lot to offer to both Japanese and Korean cuisine lover. I can tell that they are serving something authentic and delicious because a lot of Koreans and Japanese are dining--that prodded me and my friend to try it out.

We had Korean's samgyeupsal to share. Like other Korean resto, they offer unlimited relish. This alone can be filling.

You eat samgyeupsal by wrapping the pork barbecue with your your favorite relish in the lettuce. You can put a little bit of everything if it fit. Make sure to wrap all those fillings with the lettuce so it won't fall off. Dip it in the sesame oil and the soy paste if you like and eat it as a whole.

It can be kind of messy eating samgyeupsal but it is fun and delicious.

The california maki is refreshing. It is served with fine slices of raw fish and wasabi.

We spend P1,100 for the entire meal inclusive of the service charge and tax.
