Craving for meat? That carnivorous pangs is sometimes so hard to resist. When you are craving and salivating for a bite of tender, juicy and flavorful meat, a quick stop to Meat Plus Cafe could be the heaven-sent answer.
Meat Plus Cafe in Northwalk, Clark is one of newest resto in town. They are quite popular in Subic. Thank goodness, you don't have to drive all the way to Subic just to taste their succulent meat.
You can choose US steak meat from the chiller--they have tenderloin, New York and rib eye-- and they'll cook it the way you want it. They also serve burgers, grilled meat, roasted beef, and barbeque pork ribs in combo meals. They also have pasta choices for pasta lovers. If somebody in your gang dislikes meat, then there is salmon steak, fish fillet, soup and salad. For the sweet tooth, they offer desserts like apple pie, rum cake, and carrot cake.
The Place
Meat Plus Cafe is a self-service or cafeteria-style resto. You have to fall in line, tame your hungry stomach and wait for your turn.
The place have that canteen appeal. The area gets tight as crowd come in and it may be difficult to squeeze in between chairs as you go to your table.
You can dine inside the air-conditioned area or if you like, especially if you have a smoker friend, you can dine al fresco.
Food and Price
I have no complains at all. It was a fantastic meal and it satisfied my meat craving.
I had my steak medium rare. It is tender and perfect to the bite. I even love the strip of fat in it--yum! (LOL) It was flavorful and the gravy complements it. I am looking forward to my next Meat Plus Cafe experience. As a matter of fact, I already have a planned meal in my head.
The price is pretty reasonable. Depending on the meat or the meal you are going to order, allot P200 - P500.
